Thank you for considering Parkview as the next home for your business. I’d like to take a moment to introduce myself and share with you what I believe sets the Parkview Professional Building apart from other office buildings.
I’m Christine Champness and I’ve been involved in Parkview since 1991, becoming a part owner in 2004 and the sole owner as of 2015. As owner and manager of this 22,000 square foot building, I get to wear many hats. I love that I’m able to combine my experience as both a paralegal and a realtor to build a business which succeeds as I help my tenants succeed.
First and foremost, my tenants and their business needs are at the center of all of my decisions. I’ve often described myself as being “protective” of my tenants, which is to say that it’s important to me to get to know my tenants, their business and vision so that I can do my best to help them achieve their goals. Over the years, this has led to some creative thinking outside of the box and I’m always excited when we arrive at the proverbial win-win.
With all the hours that we spend away from our homes and families, I believe it’s important to feel comfortable and a sense of belonging in our work environment. Many of my tenants are solo business people which can be isolating at times. I’m especially pleased that we have built a sense of community at Parkview, where each tenant has support and a network for referrals from not just myself but their fellow tenants.
Communication and accessibility are integral to my management philosophy. Each and every person at Parkview has my cell number and is encouraged to reach out at any time if they have any concerns or issues. I feel that I have the best tenants at Parkview and I can’t imagine anything more satisfying than having a small part in their success.
I look forward to the opportunity to chat with you.
